Jingbo Li

Jingbo was born and raised in Gansu, China. He received his bachelor and master degree in bioengineering from Hefei University of Technology and South China University of Technology in 2007 and 2010, respectively. After graduation, he joined a research group in Jinan University at Guangzhou, China to study biorefinery for bioethanol production until 2014. He then moved to Aarhus University, Denmark, where he received his PhD degree in 2017. Supported by the Independent Research Fund Denmark, he joined the lab of Prof. Gregory Stephanopoulos as a postdoctoral fellow in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, badminton, pingpang, and basketball.
